On this page you will find answers to questions that The BVE Team receives often. If you do not see the answer to your question please feel free to email us to get your question answered by a BVE team member.

I registered for the expo, how do I get my custom flyer?

The BVE Team sends emails requesting flyer information. These emails are not immediately sent after registering.

 

Can I bring an extra table?

Vendors are only allowed to have 1 table at the expo. This table cannot exceed 6ft. 

 

Can I bring someone to help me at the expo?

Vendors are allowed to bring up to 5 helpers for each expo.

 

If I’m not able to attend the expo can I transfer my registration to a different expo?

BVE does not allow vendors to transfer their registration to future expos.

 

If I’m not able to attend the expo can I receive a refund?

Full refunds are provided if requested 7 days before the expo.

 

If I’m not able to attend the expo am I able to give another company my spot?

BVE does allow vendors to give their slots to other companies. You will need to acquire this company on your own and you will need to email us at blackvendorexpo@gmail.com to notify us of this transfer.

 

I would like to request a specific spot at the expo, is that possible?

The BVE Team does accept specific room requests but specific spots can not be requested. The BVE Team will try their best to accommodate all requests. Please send these requests via email to BlackVendorExpo@gmail.com

 

If I need to be near a wall or outlet am I able to request that?

The BVE Team will try to accommodate all requests to be near a wall or outlet. Please send these requests via email to BlackVendorExpo@gmail.com

 

What time is setup for the expo?

Emails will be sent the week of each expo with information in regards to vendor and arrival setup.

I can't remember if I purchased a slot with a table included. How do I find this information out?

Refer to your confirmation email, the type of slot you registered for will be in that email.

Am I able to put multiple businesses at one table?

Each ticket purchased is only good for one business.
